These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PokéTracker ("we", "us", "our"), a price tracking service for Pokémon products sold at Canadian stores. By accessing or using PokéTracker you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must have a valid Discord account and an active PokéTracker subscription (via Whop) to use the service. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction, to create a Discord account and use this service.

The service applies per-user rate limits (e.g. searches per hour, active price alerts) to ensure fair access for all users. These limits may change as the service evolves. Attempting to circumvent rate limits may result in account suspension.
PokéTracker aggregates prices by scraping publicly available store websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price information. Prices displayed may be outdated or incorrect. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before purchasing.
Price alerts are sent via Discord DM on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee delivery or timing of alert notifications. Alert delivery depends on Discord's API availability and your Discord DM settings.
PokéTracker is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any of the retailers whose prices we display. "Pokémon" and all related names are trademarks of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PokéTracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
